3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp white vineger
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1. pour the vineger and milk into a cup and leave it to stand for 5 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour and bix the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and white sugar.
3. After 5 minutes, mix in the butter, and milk into the flour thoroughly.
4. To make the bater smoother, sift everything again.

I tried making this pancake because 1 of my friend happens to have egg allergy. But i didn't want to make a flat pancake, so i tried this recipe and the pancake was almost 1 inch high. Even still, it wasn't solid hard but soft and fluffy.
